In the end I had to format my hard drive and do a clean install. I had a problem with my installation because I'd had the beta version installed. If you've had a previous copy of CS6 installed it can interfere with an installation.

You could try the Online resources link which does work but it is resources only.īut again, chatting with a rep is your best bet as the issue is with your serial number. I had a issue with serial numbers among other things, I chatted online with a rep in turn called me direct and solved the issue.Īssume you tried to use Photoshop online tab, that is strictly for help, which doesnt work, and I guess will eventually available as it was in CS5, it will only contain help type files. Not a new issue, go to then Support and chat with a rep. I have read some people having similar issues, but have not read of the solution to the problem.Īny ideas? I have turned the firewall off. It tells me I am not connected to the internet, when in fact I am! Tried wifi and ethernet - no joy. I have now tried to install it on my 2009 MBP, but it will not validate the serial#. A few weeks ago we purchased the Education version of Photoshop CS6 Extended, and has been installed successfully on my main machine at home after validation from Adobe (27" iMac) so both myself and my stepson can use it.
